For a detailed view of the disputes, click Disputes on the left-hand side menu.
You will see a list of recent disputes with details such as the amount, status, reason, creation date, and evidence due date. Columns can be toggled with a dedicated modal, visible in the top right corner of the list.
You can use filters to sort and organize them by creation time, status, and evidence due date.
Filtering the disputes
- Click on Filters.
- From the dropdown menu, pick relevant filters to filter the data accordingly. Click Done afterwards.
Checking dispute details
Click on the particular dispute on the list to see more details. You will then be directed to the charge that’s connected to the dispute.
