Charges section overview

For a detailed view of the recent charges, click Charges on the left-hand side menu.


You will see the list of recent charges divided into several tabs. You can use filters to sort and organize the list by currency, customer id, decline reason, and other factors. Columns can be toggled after clicking an icon in the right corner directly over the list. If necessary, you can export the list and add a new charge. 


Filtering the charges 

  1. Click on Filters.

  2. From the drop-down menu pick relevant filters to filter the data accordingly, then click on Done.

Adding a charge 

  1. Click on the Add charge button. 

  2. Fill in the Add charge form by providing the amount, currency, card number, CVC, card expiration date and a description, if necessary. You can also decide whether or not the charge should be captured immediately. 

  3. If you want to provide more details regarding the charge, check the box for billing address. 

  4. Once you have filled in all necessary fields, click the Add charge button.  

Checking charge details 

To see more details about a charge, click on the one you want to check. You will see the charge's details, metadata, connections, logs, events, card details, and fraud check status. From this level charge can be refunded. It is also possible to creating a blacklist rule - more information here.
