You can set up automatic refunds based on the fraud status or fraud score of the charge that has been processed, which allows you to avoid a potential chargeback.

Setting up the refund rule
Navigate to the Charges tab in Account settings..
Choose what should happen based on the fraud check result (fraud score or status fraudulent). Optionally, you can decide if refunding should cancel the subscription.
Click the Save button.
