Customers section overview

For a detailed view of created customers, click Customers on the left-hand side menu.

You will see the list of recent customers. You can use filters to sort and organize the list by email, customer id, card, description, and other factors. 

If necessary, you can export the list or add a new customer. 


Filtering the customers

  1. Click on Filters.

  2. From the drop-down menu pick relevant filters to filter the data accordingly, then click on Done.

Adding a customer

  1. Click the Add customer button.

  2. Provide the customer's email and a description, if necessary.

  3. Click the Add button to add the customer. 

Checking customer details 

To see more details about a particular customer, click on the one you want to check.

You will see the plan details, metadata, charges, logs, events, card details, and subscriptions. It is also possible to add card data, charge/credit and subscription from a customer level
